1. Terms of Service

By using the Site or Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service ("Terms"), whether or not you become a registered user of the Services. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and Services and all Content (defined below), and your participation in the Referral Program (defined below), and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Fluency LAB.

The Site and Services comprise an online venue for language learners where students can purchase the available services in accordance with the specifications, access to various pages and use the information provided on Fluency LAB.

2.  How the Site and Services work

The site and services can be used by Members and Students for educational purposes only. Students may choose the preferable service, book an appointment with a teacher and contact Fluency LAB in case of any inquiries.

3. Payment

The payment can be made through PayPal only.

4. Rescheduling or cancellation

Students can request to reschedule or cancel the lesson and request a full refund on condition that they contact Fluency LAB 24 hours prior to the appointment.

5. Modification

Fluency LAB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Payment Services or fees at any time and without prior notice. If the modified Payments Terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Payment Services. 

6. Information We Collect

6.1 Data you provide to us

Fluency LAB collects personal information (name, email and password) when you register with us and use of Fluency LAB services.

6.2 Messages

We collect information about you when you send or receive messages in connection with our Services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to obtain information from or otherwise continue using the Site or Services. Failure to use the Site or Services in accordance with these Terms may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.
